THE NEED: An expanded and evolved version of the Enclave brand identity for a refreshed representation.
THE SOLUTION: A year-long exploration of design details such as color palettes, design elements, layout guidelines, social media templates, and advertising formats. I gathered all external-facing materials to evaluate design decisions show the progression of the brand to present to the team.
The next phase will involve defining target audiences and messaging, while considering various brand variations, including tailored branding for investors, construction, residents, internal use, and more.
THE RESULT: Defined visual solutions for color palette, strategic pillars, internal branding, resident materials and advertising. We continue to develop and rigorously test the guidelines.

I have developed a concise guide for social media managers to quickly create content on the go. This includes recommendations on color ratios, preferred font choices, graphic elements available for use in stories, and templates built in Adobe Express that can be easily edited on mobile devices.
