The Need: In 2022, an Employee Value Proposition Campaign was launched to boost employee brand engagement and build excitement about internal culture. ​​​​​​​
The Solution: The WEX creative team collaborated with international employee relations team members to enhance messages created by an outside agency. I led the exploration of three different illustration styles intending to bring the messaging to life, connecting with employees, representing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and building upon an existing illustration style. 
The Result: These styles, paired with the "We Got This" messaging framework, were presented to executive leaders and established the creative direction for the campaign.
Alternate Illustration Style Exploration
To differentiate from previously used illustration styles, I experimented with concepts in an exaggerated style. Ultimately, leadership enjoyed the experimentation and creative concepts but chose to keep a similar, but more detailed style.
A small work group of designers from the WEX Benefits division collaborated to establish an illustration style to move away from all stock photography. We defined guidelines, documented them, and presented to the corporate creative team. After adoption, these concepts were used in digital and print materials companywide.
