Branding packages for multifamily properties include creative direction, personas, messaging framework and identity guidelines. When a property opens, we design print materials, a branded welcome folder, a custom website, social media advertising, and organic posts. My role is to perform market and competitive analysis, develop the branding, sometimes including naming, and present final directions to leadership and our interiors team.
Once brands are established, I provide direction and give final reviews for designers working through the materials. I lead the creation of concepts for additional branding efforts like signage, events, and investor materials.
